How do I get to YONA, and what are the opening hours?
A shuttle service takes you from the departure pier to YONA. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes.

- Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Tue, Thu, Sat: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Do you have a dress code?
Smart casual/elegant attire is required. YONA may deny entry for dress code violations.
Not allowed: tank tops, sports jerseys, sweat pants, ripped clothing, offensive prints, cross‑body/fanny/plastic bags, crocs, flip‑flops with socks, costumes, etc.
Encouraged: shoulder‑covered tops, chinos/linen pants, chic shorts, clean casual shoes, tasteful accessories.
What is the Morning Package? What is the Afternoon Package?
Morning Package: Chill vibe, reserved seating included. Last check‑in by 12:00 PM. Min age 4+ (pool under parental supervision).
Afternoon Package: Party vibe with DJ and performers. Last check‑in by 5:00 PM. Min age 20.
What are YONA Passes and do they include seating?
We offer multiple passes. Seating isn’t guaranteed except for the Morning Pass (reserved seating). Restaurant access is 1h30; after that, seating is first‑come if at capacity.
What time is the last check‑in? What happens if I arrive late?
Morning last check‑in 12:00 PM; Afternoon last check‑in 5:00 PM. Late arrivals may be denied entry; no refunds.
What’s on the food menu? Vegetarian/vegan options?
Our French chef curates Japanese to Mediterranean dishes plus pizzas. Vegetarian and vegan options available.
Do you provide towels and lockers?
Towels provided (return before departure). Free lockers available with a 200 THB refundable deposit. First‑come, first‑served.
Is there Wi‑Fi? What music is played?
Free Wi‑Fi for all guests. Music is an uplifting mix of house and dance classics.
What are the payment methods? Is there an ATM?
We accept major cards (including AmEx), PromptPay, Alipay, Google Pay, etc. No ATM onboard.
Does YONA cruise?
YONA remains at anchor for safety reasons.
Safety rules, insurance, and accidents
All bags are checked on entry. Prohibited items are held until departure; some items are not returned (e.g., food, drinks, cannabis).
Accident insurance is provided for checked‑in guests (coverage may vary). Report incidents within 24 hours with hospital documentation.

Is YONA recommended for seniors or pregnant women? Is sea swimming allowed?
YONA is not recommended for seniors over 70 or pregnant women. Swimming in the sea around YONA is strictly forbidden.
Parking and getting here
Parking available at Royal Phuket Marina. At Patong Pier, no designated parking—taxi recommended.
