CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a refund is processed, it may take between 3 to 15 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Morning Package: Last check-in is required by 12:00 PM.
Late arrivals will not be granted entry. No refunds will be issued.
Afternoon Package: Last check-in is required by 5:00 PM.
Late arrivals will not be granted entry. No refunds will be issued.
Special Event : Check-in time varies by event. Please refer to your email confirmation for details.
We do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations unless our captain deems conditions unsafe. In such cases, activities may be suspended, and guests will receive a refund. Your safety is our top priority.
If safety rules are not followed or a guest is found with prohibited items at check-in, Yona Beach Club reserves the right to deny entry or remove the guest from the venue without a refund.
To cancel or amend your reservation, please contact us directly with the following details: reservation name, booking date, and reservation code (found in your confirmation email).
